There are a few things we would like to take serious and is held with a high priority. We ask our clients to help us flatten the curve by following and respecting these few regulations and rules:
- a groomer will pick up your fur baby, with least conversation as possible. We appreciate you and your trust in us, so if we fail to do a normal greet, it's only to protect you, your family and ourselves. Please, do not give us special request or directions, yet, when we pick up your pup. The groomer will walk your dog to the trailer, wearing gloves, face masks, booties, and hair nets. The groomer will text you asking for special requests and instructions on how you want your pup groomed after your pup has been looked over and bathed. Please respond ASAP to the groomers text so that the haircut can be initiated.
- we are no longer accepting cash or check, for the time being. An invoice will be sent to your phone or email, with a link to a secure portal to pay online using card. Please, complete the payment before grooming session is complete. Our system will automatically add late charges to outstanding balances for each day that invoice is left unpaid.
- After the grooming session is complete, we will walk your pup back to your door to hand your fur baby over to you. We will simply say an appreciative "Thank you" and will return to the trailer to disinfecting the trailer and sterilize tools used to groom your pup.
- Because we feel it's our duty to take care of clients who are on a regular schedule and who have been loyal to us, we will only accept repeat clients. All new clients will be booked 1 month out.
